Due to rising costs (& slowness) of posting letters to you regarding your health needs, we are sending these via a Secure Messaging Notification system (SMN) called HotDoc.
This ensures that these important messages get to you efficiently and on time.
Unlike a text message, these messages are secure and you will need to verify who you are before the message can be opened.
To make it even easier, you can download the HotDoc App where you can access your messages and book appointments with your favourite GP at a time that suits you.
If you would prefer printed letters, you can opt out of this system at any time.
