All our team will treat you with courtesy and respect at all times, whether you are attending in person or speaking to our administrative or clinical team over the telephone. In return, we ask that when you are speaking to our team over the telephone or in person that you treat us with the same courtesy and respect.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to any verbal, aggressive or violent abuse and behaviour towards our team or other patients. This includes shouting, swearing, aggressive actions, threats, inappropriate gestures, swearing and name calling.
If a patient or anyone a patient brings with them to the Practice, is abusive, aggressive or violent towards our administrative or clinical team, and/or other patients, they will be required to leave the clinic immediately and transfer their care to another practice. Refusal to leave will result in the police being called.
Failure to disclose potential viral symptoms or COVID-19 exposure is also unacceptable. Should this occur, we will not be able to continue to see you. The physical and mental well-being of all of our team is vital to the functioning of the practice.
